Funding Support for Students
This course is for students who would like to gain a qualification and work experience to progress to employment in the retail sector.
We can offer students classroom support through our learning support workers and offer help to find work placements through our dedicated job coach.
Students will study retail units on customer service, health and safety and employee standards.
Students will also study supplementary units in OCN Personal Success & Well-Being and OCN Community Independence to develop their personal development skills.
This qualification is designed to give students knowledge of retail and the key skills required to gain work experience in the retail sector.
