Enterprise Action Hub

The Enterprise Action Hub is an exciting initiative that aims to provide an environment that will foster innovation and entrepreneurship at South West College and help students and staff cultivate and develop their own ideas.

We want to inspire our budding entrepreneurs with a programme of workshops, activities, events and competitions to help students build the skills, knowledge and confidence to take the steps needed to build a viable startup.

The journey from classroom to entrepreneur can be daunting so we are available with career focused activities, advice and guidance helpful if you are just exploring the option of becoming self-employed or if you have a fully formed business idea. We will give you the opportunity to develop your idea and help set realistic goals to get your business off the ground.

We are very happy to announce that there is a full calendar and variety of events and competitions planned for you this academic year. Participation in these would be a great in terms of helping you work towards a future of self-employment or for future CV’s and all students who participate will receive a South West College certificate of participation afterwards.
