South West College leads the delivery of new open-access training modules to support those working with Hydrogen 26 May 2023 South West College leads the delivery of new open-access training modules to support those working with Hydrogen South West College alongside partners from five countries have developed a repository of openly accessible training modules for individuals or organisations working in industries that require operational knowledge of Hydrogen. Developed as part of the HySkills project, the Erasmus+ funded initiative will ensure sufficient skills and knowledge is built up across industry to successfully implement the Hydrogen economy. The eight interactive modules include: Hydrogen BasicsHydrogen Safety, Risks, Standards and RegulationHigh Pressure Fittings and ConnectorsHydrogen StorageOperation and Maintenance of Electrolysers and Fuel CellsHydrogen Transportation & DeliveryHydrogen CombustionHyrdogen Sensors, Detectors & Monitoring Project partners who supported South West College with the roll out of the 8 training modules include Dublin City University (DCU), The Arctic University of Northern (UiT), the European Institute for Innovation-Technology (Berlin) and Greece based PROME Project technical consultant and researcher, Dr Charlie Farrell said; South West College is delighted to launch these open access training modules as part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
