The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction & Built Environment Sector is ideal if you have on-site experience but no formal training, and are serious about developing your leadership abilities. It’s particularly suited to those with some leadership experience i.e. gangers, foremen, sub-contractors, etc. seeking promotion, and supervisors who need to lead people through organisational change, productivity increases and budget pressures.
