The course is assessed through 4 assignments one for each module.
ILM L3 and L4 Qualifications in Leadership and Management
BTEC L3 (RQF) Qualifications in construction sector
Foundation Degree in construction related area (subject to meeting entry criteria)
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction & Built Environment Sector is ideal if you have on-site experience but no formal training, and are serious about developing your leadership abilities. It’s particularly suited to those with some leadership experience i.e. gangers, foremen, sub-contractors, etc. seeking promotion, and supervisors who need to lead people through organisational change, productivity increases and budget pressures.
